Harrison High School – Physical Conditioning

This class is designed to train the student in foundation movement principles. The focus is on training for strength and power in the weight room. A variety of warm-ups are used to prepare for training. Included is a focus on training all phases of movement: acceleration, linear, speed, and multidirectional. This is a class for the highly motivated student interested in serious and specific training.
