English IIl Dual Credit/Dual Enrollment Campus-based andEarly College ENGL 1301/1302A course devoted to improving the student's writing and critical reading. Writingessays for a variety of purposes from personal to academic, including theintroduction to argumentation, critical analysis, and the use of sources. Thesecond semester (1302) is a more extensive study of the skills introduced inENGL 1301 with an emphasis on critical thinking, research and documentationtechniques, and literary and rhetorical analysis.
