# Journalism Forum Student journalists spend a day learning about mass communication career opportunities from such media professionals as photographers, reporters, news anchors, public relations directors, and others. This course may be substituted for English I for immigrant students with limited English proficiency only. The course incorporates both second language acquisition essential knowledge and skills and English language arts essential knowledge and skills.
