Green Mountain High School – Fitness Conditioning & Aerobics

Fitness/Conditioning Activity courses emphasize conditioning activities that help develop muscular strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness. Students will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of activities such as introductory weight training, yoga, pilates, zumba, and different aerobic activities. Students develop a personalized fitness plan which includes principles of nutrition.
