An introductory program promoting general work skills and habits through unpaid job exploration and work experience. Focuses on 22 general work skills outlined by the U.S. Dept. of Labor and includes Career-Based Vocational Education (CBVE) opportunities. For high school students, it is typically 1 to 2 hours 5 times weekly; for deferral students, it is a full-day program.
Grades: 10-12 (intro); Full-time for students on deferral
