An introductory program promoting general work skills and habits through unpaid job exploration and work experience. Focuses on 22 general work skills outlined by the U.S. Dept. of Labor and includes Career-Based Vocational Education (CBVE) opportunities. For high school students, it is typically 1 to 2 hours 5 times weekly; for deferral students, it is a full-day program.

Students participate in paid work experience with supports, including transportation training and monitoring by an ESE teacher and Job Coach.

Non-paid vocational exploration and assessment provided in community work settings to help students identify career interests and develop employment attitudes.
