Erie High School – Living On Your Own

Students will develop decision-making skills to become educated consumers with an understanding and academic knowledge of consumer resources and financial organizations. The course focuses on personal and family resources, job and career, personal and family finances, and wellness. In addition, the course will cover effective communication and healthy interpersonal relationships across the life span. Being a member of an FCS class also allows working students to get credit for a job in the food industry (restaurants, fast food, grocery stores, etc.). See the description for CTE Work Study below.
