Little to no homework if student attends class regularly and participates in all activities. This is an intermediate-level course designed to familiarize students with more advanced weight lifting techniques. It will include emphasis on weightlifting, flexibility, running technique, agility, and speed training. This level course is strenuous; therefore, students must have a strong desire to increase overall body fitness and composition.
Prerequisites: Passed one semester of Ironworks I
