Erie High School – Ironworks I

Students who selected the Athletic Focused Pathway must pass one semester before enrolling in other P.E. electives. Little to no homework if student attends class regularly and participates in all activities. This is an introductory-level course designed to familiarize students with weight room procedures, safety precautions, and various lifting techniques This course may include, but not limited to, strength training/muscular endurance through the use of free and machine weights, plyometrics, speed training, agility development and fitness activities.
