Erie High School – Ironworks III

Little to no homework if student attends class regularly and participates in all activities. This is an advanced/varsity-level course designed for students who want to enhance their athletic performance through advanced weight lifting techniques. It will include emphasis on weightlifting, flexibility, running technique, agility, and speed training. This level course is strenuous; therefore, students must have a strong desire to increase overall body fitness and composition. \*If you do not meet the prerequisites but are an advanced or varsity athlete, please ask your coach to complete the Ironworks III recommendation form for admittance into this course
Prerequisites: Successful completion of Ironworks 1 and Ironworks 2 or Teacher/Coach Recommendation\*
