Students who selected the traditional PE Pathway must pass one semester before enrolling in other P.E. electives. Little to no homework if student attends class regularly and participates in all activities. This class is designed to give students the opportunity to improve personal fitness and participate in team and dual sports. Students will learn the basic principles and skills for the following possible activities: softball, soccer, basketball, volleyball, flag football, ultimate frisbee, disc golf, badminton, speedminton, fitness/conditioning and weight training. Emphasis will be placed on participation.
