Erie High School – FCS Leadership
Apr 2026 · 2nd Semester
This is an upper level course for students interested in expanding their leadership qualities and ethics. This course includes but is not limited to units on: Qualities of Leadership; Leadership Theories; Personal Leadership Styles. This course will offer the opportunity to practice leading teams and includes learning about conflict resolution skills, and the nature of effective communication. Preference will be given to students who have taken at least one other FCS course. Being a member of an FCS class also allows working students to get credit for a job in the food industry (restaurants, fast food, grocery stores, etc.). See the description for CTE Work Study below.
