Eastlake High School – Child Development I-B

This course builds from the concepts learned in Child Development I-A. Areas of study include principles of human growth and development, and factors that impact human growth and development across the life span. Major assignments include experience working in an elementary school classroom with children three days a week. Students will be able to identify age-specific characteristics of growth and development, and analyze factors that contribute to the growth and development of an individual child.
