Engineering Essentials (EES) is a survey course designed as a first-exposure experience to inspire students of all backgrounds to explore the breadth of engineering and related career opportunities. Throughout the course, students examine global engineering challenges and sustainability goals, the impact of engineering, and the variety of career paths available to them. EES is geared toward a first-year engineering high school student. EES is a foundational course that can be chosen to complete the Engineering major.
Prerequisites: Algebra 1 or Geometry is suggested
