Real Estate 2 is designed as a follow-up to the introductory Real Estate course and is intended to expand students’ understanding of essential concepts of real estate sales and investing. When taught as designed, by an instructor approved by the SC Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation, students older than 18 who successfully complete the course should be approved to sit for the state licensing exam upon their graduation. As such, this class is intended to be taken by 12th-grade students who will have reached the age of 18 within 2 months following graduation. An optional Work-Based Learning credit (Interns That Work) as an intern at a real estate brokerage firm is also recommended. college. Students should check with all colleges to which they intend to apply to ensure that they will meet the entrance requirements.
Prerequisites: Fundamentals of Real Estate Practice with a grade of 70+
Grades: 12 and must be 18 to take the SC Real Estate Salesperson Licensing Exam
