PLTW IED; PLTW POE; OR Engineering Teacher Recommendation PLTW Capstone is the culminating course for completing any of PLTW's high school programs in computer science, engineering, and biomedical sciences. It is an open-ended research course where students work in teams to identify an issue or problem of interest, research, design, and develop an original solution to a well-defined and justified open-ended problem. Finally, student teams will present and defend their original solution to an outside panel. While progressing through the design process, students will work closely with experts, hone their organizational skills, and improve their creative problem-solving abilities. college. Students should check with all colleges to which they intend to apply to ensure that they will meet the entrance requirements.
