This is the advanced course in art in which the student works on student-/Instructor-planned and individually selected problems to develop art and craft products that reflect the interest and talent of the individual. Experiences in art history, cultural heritage, analysis of form, aesthetics—which complement the studio experience—are integral parts of the course. The student in Visual Art IV is expected to complete a portfolio of artwork that reflects refined skills and post-high school direction
