This is an extension of Foods I - it is not the advanced level of Foods I. Students must have completed Foods I before enrolling in Foods II. This course is an extension of the first course, picking up right where Foods I leaves off. Labs include cookie and cake decorating, pasta making, yeast bread, regional and international foods, and an introduction to catering.
