This course gives students the chance to build professional skills in videography and podcasting through a comprehensive curriculum spanning pre-production, production, and post-production for both audio and video. Students complete multiple hands-on projects — such as documentaries or docuseries, podcasts, promotional pieces, and broadcast packages — that are shaped by their interests and creative goals. The class emphasizes practical experience, technical proficiency, and creative exploration as students learn to use professional digital tools to craft compelling visual and audio stories across multiple platforms. Open to non-J&C magnet students as space permits.
