duPont Manual High – Ballet 1, 2, 3, 4

Introduces and develops fundamentals through advanced ballet technique and terminology over a four-year period. Students must be Dance Majors in the YPAS Dance Department. Assessment is based on work habits, attitude, effort, adherence to departmental rules and regulations, and technical and artistic progress. Professionalism is stressed. The introduction of pointe work is the gradual development of comprehensive training and will be permitted at the discretion of the faculty.
