Core subject providing instruction in mathematics to enable students to perform at or above grade level.

Core subject providing instruction in science to enable students to perform at or above grade level.

Core subject providing instruction in social studies to enable students to perform at or above grade level.

Core subject providing instruction in English/Language Arts to enable students to perform at or above grade level. Teachers have additional certifications in special education and English as a Second Language (ESL).

Preparation course for students working toward their General Equivalency Diploma.

Daily physical training (PT) and drill instruction. All students participate in daily physical training and consistently demonstrate their highest level of physical ability. Part of the JJAEP's intensive physical activity program provided by certified juvenile supervision officers who have specialized training in providing drill instruction to juveniles.

Elective courses may be available for graduating seniors on an approval basis only. Specific electives vary based on student needs and administrator approval. Electives are not offered unless the student is a graduating senior and the elective(s) are approved by the JJAEP Administrator and/or JJAEP Supervisor.
