Crosstown High School – STEM I I

This course emphasizes the use of the design thinking process to research a need, then develop a STEM-based solution to solve the problem. Students will be required to have a strong understanding of STEM concepts and technologies and will be expected to apply them to design and build their own solutions and prototypes. The course will require students to use a variety of programming languages and hardware platforms to create their projects, building upon what was leanred in the STEM I course. This course will also include a significant amount of independent research and project development, as well as group collaborations.
