Cleveland High School – Everybody IN: Mentorship

Peer mentors will work with students with diverse needs and abilities in the Intensive Skills Classroom to support inclusion of students with disabilities in our school community. As a peer mentor, you will build meaningful relationships with students, model how to participate in the classroom, and assist students with learning activities under the direction of the classroom teacher. In this role, you will learn about inclusion, neurodiversity, and disability rights. Peer mentors are expected to submit reflections about their experience throughout the semester.
