In this activity-based course, students learn how to keep fit and healthy for life. Designed for all fitness levels, the course focuses on skills to improve and/or maintain a high level of fitness while increasing flexibility, strength, coordination, and balance. Taught in a safe and supportive environment, students also learn and practice techniques to help manage stress, increase energy levels, and connect with themselves.
