Cleveland High School – Advanced Leadership

Coursework includes designing and implementing larger-scale school and community initiatives, managing diverse teams, and evaluating the outcomes of their efforts. Students will take on greater responsibility for leading assemblies, service projects, and extracurricular activities while learning how to mentor peers and foster collaboration. In addition to honing practical leadership skills, students will explore advanced topics such as ethical decision-making, cultural competency, and systems thinking. This hands-on, project-based course requires significant initiative, responsibility, and time commitment, including work beyond school hours. Prerequisite: Intro to Leadership
