This course is designed to prepare students for entry-level jobs in accounting and provide fundamentals needed by students who wish to pursue baccalaureate degrees in Business Administration or Accounting. This program includes many personal finance skills and economic concepts. Students become acquainted with the principles of double-entry bookkeeping, including the preparation of financial statements for small, sole proprietorship, and partnership businesses.
