Churchill Park School – Motor Skills/Functional Mobility

Instruction and support in physical skills including transfers, mobility (walking with/without devices, wheelchair), positioning, toileting, self-feeding with adaptations, and bus transportation skills. All students receive support based on their individualized needs and physical capabilities.
Prerequisites: Individual Education Program (IEP) and enrollment at Churchill Park School
Grades: Pre-K to Post-High School (Ages 3-21)
