This course will be an introductory experience to low impact activities typically performed and enjoyed throughout adulthood. The semester might include some or all of the following activities: table tennis, badminton, pickle ball, bowling, capture the flag, frisbee golf, walking, bocce ball. Students in this class will also be expected to perform all of the Physical Fitness tests. Emphasis will be placed on improving fitness, having fun, and learning about healthy living.
