Centennial High – Zoology 1a-1b

This college preparatory course aligns with State Standards and includes a strong ecological component. Major topics include vertebrate and invertebrate zoology and the ecological relationship between animals and their environment. Selected topics in field biology are presented to provide opportunities for students to apply their knowledge of zoology and ecology in natural environmental settings. Laboratory work, including dissections, is an integral part of this course.
