Blake High School – \*Tv Production I

This course is designed to equip introductory and beginner students with the necessary skills and background information to be successful in the discipline of television and video. Students will research the history of television, work in teams to produce classroom video projects, and study the many technical and practical aspects behind professional production both in and out of the studio. Students will be tested on vocabulary, and hands-on exercises throughout the course and must show a mastery of the basic skill set before progressing to TV Production 2. This course is an introduction to the TV program here at Blake and must be completed before moving on to any of the other TV production courses.
