The purpose of this course is to develop independence in musicianship, performance techniques and aesthetic awareness through the rehearsal and performance of varied harp literature. The content includes interpreting difficult music; developing independent musicianship, tone production and performance techniques; analyzing form, style and history in the performance preparation of varied harp literature; formulating critical listening skills and aesthetic values.
Prerequisites: Harp II; Teacher Approval
