Blake High School – Advanced Weight Training

This course provides opportunities to further extend the acquisition of knowledge and the development of skill in weight training that may be used in physical fitness pursuits today as well as in later life, further improve muscular strength and endurance, and further enhance the body image. Emphasis is placed on the implementation of the organization and administration of weightlifting activities and realization of personal weight training programs and realization of personal goals.
