Ballou STAY High School – National External Diploma Program (NEDP)

A competency-based program for adults seeking to earn their high school diploma. The program consists of two phases: Diagnostic Phase and Assessment Phase. Students complete assessments in the following competency areas: Writing Assessment, Reading Assessment, Math Assessment, Cultural Literacy/Film Literacy, Health Literacy, Civic Literacy, Consumer Awareness A and B, 21st Century Workplace, Geography/History, and Science. The program offers flexible learning pathways and allows students to demonstrate competencies through various assessment methods.
Prerequisites: Completion of ABE classes or demonstrated proficiency on CASAS eTests
