Auburndale Senior High School – ECE-Infant & Toddler (DC)

Typically offered in even school years; 2 6-27. Students will explore infant and toddler development as it applies to an early childhood education setting. This course focuses on children’s development from conception through 3 years of age. This course includes training for Wisconsin Breastfeeding Friendly Child Care certification. An exten ded laboratory experience working with Little Sprouts Daycare will allow students to practice techniques and concepts learned in the classroom. Students who complete all Mid -State requirements and earn a grade of “ C” or better on Mid - State’s grading scale can be awarded high school credit, as well as credit on a Mid -State transcript as ECE -Infant & Toddler (10 -307-151) 3 credits. 30
