Auburndale Senior High School – Community Leadership

The goal of this course is to develop leadership qualities in students and help build citizenship and service learning within our school, community, and society. To develop leadership qualities, students will identify needs within our community and then, organize and coordinate solutions to those needs. The class will organize Community Connection Coffee Clutch, Veterans Coffee Club, the Veterans Day Program, Veterans on Main banners, and coordinate and fundraise for the Veterans Duck Trip to Wisconsin Dells. Each student is responsible for inviting a community speaker to class. Applications are available in the Counsel ing Office and at www.aubschools.com . There may be an interview process as well.
