Auburndale Senior High School – Harvest, Process, Preserve (DC)

Students will research how a raw product is harvested, processed, & marketed. This will be “from the farm to the table” approach of Ag products by taking products from the garden and field , study their make -up, & transform them into value added products that are typically consumed in our society. Students who complete all Mid -State requirements and earn a grade of “C” or better can be awarded high school credit and credit on a Mid-State transcript as Intro to Food Sciences (10 -006- 103) 3 credits.
