A study into tree identification, woodlot management, forest ecology, chainsaw safety, urban forestry, tree biology, & more! Students will present a forest education day for elementary students. Students will be involved with the management of school forest logging plan and forest -industry activities. Students who complete all Mid -State requirement s and earn a grade of “C” or better can be awarded high school credit and credit on a Mid -State transcript as Fish, Forests, & Wildlife Management (10-001-199) 3 credits.
