Aloha High School – Peer Mentor
Mar 2026 · 2nd Semester
As a peer mentor, you will assist teachers in a variety of tasks in the classroom. Your responsibilities and expectations will be more than a TA and you will take on a more active role within the class. You may be circulating in a classroom and answering questions, working with a small group of students, helping to organize basic lessons and other teaching assistant-related activities. You will be paired with a teacher or class based on a need and scheduling availability, the areas with highest needs are the SRC (Structured Routines Center), Choir, and the ELD (English Language Development) programs.
