About Me

I help nursing students and healthcare professionals turn complex topics into simple, clear lessons they can apply immediately. My goal is to make every session understandable, practical, and encouraging. I hold an MBA in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University, a BS in Healthcare Administration from Saint Leo University, and an ADN in Nursing from the University of the Virgin Islands. With more than 30 years of experience teaching in hospitals and surgery centers, I've guided nurses, clinical staff, and healthcare leaders in risk management, patient safety, and quality improvement.
