About Me

As a dedicated nursing educator with a Doctorate in Nursing from Madonna University, I have over 20 years of experience in both tutoring, classroom instruction and clinical instruction. I have taught fundamentals of nursing through advanced medical/surgical, Maternal -Child, and pharmacology. My passion lies in guiding students through the complexities of nursing, particularly in obstetrics and pharmacology. I believe in fostering a supportive learning environment where students can connect theoretical knowledge with practical application, especially during clinical settings. My experience as a preceptor and instructor has allowed me to witness the transformation of students, from their first fundamentals class to their graduation. I find immense joy in helping them navigate challenges and build confidence in their skills. My motto is "Failure is not an option".
