About Me

I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering at North Carolina State University, where I also earned my Bachelor's degree in the same field. I am passionate about tutoring because I believe that with the right guidance, encouragement, and structure, every student can excel. Over the years, I have mentored both undergraduate students and high schoolers, helping them navigate coursework, research projects, and long-term academic goals. I have also volunteered with Science Olympiad and local science fairs, supporting students in building hands-on skills and confidence in STEM subjects. I specialize in tutoring math and scienceincluding algebra, calculus, chemistry, and physicsand I particularly enjoy helping students see the connections between what they are learning and real-world applications. Whether preparing for AP exams, tackling challenging coursework, or strengthening foundational skills, I focus on making complex concepts clear, approachable, and engaging.
