I am a Resource Support Specialist experienced in working with students with IEPs, including nonverbal learners on the autism spectrum. I specialize in elementary and middle school Math, Reading, and ELA, using structured, evidence-based strategies to support each student's unique learning style. My approach is patient, engaging, and supportive, focused on building confidence, communication, and strong academic foundations. I create a safe, encouraging space where students can grow and succeed at their own pace.
