I am an engineer by trade, and I've been playing chess for over a decade. I am rated 1662 USCF, and I have coached students from kindergarten all the way to 50+ years old! And if I've learned one thing, it's that anyone can win if they are willing to apply themselves!

My goal in teaching is that my students improve their chess strength, and learn to love the game of chess.

All of my students will leave with a solid opening repertoire, tactical prowess, and positional savviness!
