I'm a Stanford graduate with a background in Symbolic Systems, where I studied everything from computer science to psychology, neuroscience, philosophy, and linguistics. This blend of fields shapes how I approach teaching and coaching, allowing me to think about problems from different angles and help others do the same.

I run my own coaching and consulting business where I focus on well-being in the workplace. My goal is to help organizations build programs that support not just productivity, but also the mental, emotional, and spiritual health of their employees.
