About Me

I am deeply passionate about education because I believe in its transformative power on individual lives and society at large. It has been transformational for me! My journey in education, from a BS in Accountancy at Providence College to an MBA in Finance from Johnson & Wales University, and an MST in Taxation from Bryant University, has been both enriching and enlightening. These experiences have not only shaped my understanding but also fueled my desire to share knowledge in the fields of Financial Accounting, Finance, Investments, Audit, Business Analysis, Taxation, Excel, and Chat GPT. Among these subjects, tutoring Chat GPT is particularly exciting for me. It stands out as the most consequential technology of our time, reshaping how we interact with information and each other. My fascination with its capabilities drives me to help students explore and leverage this powerful tool, preparing them for a future where artificial intelligence plays a central role. My teaching philosophy is rooted in creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment that adapts to the diverse needs of students. I employ a blend of traditional and innovative methods, ensuring that each session is both informative and interactive. I believe in the power of practical application and encourage my students to learn by doing, which enhances their ability to think critically and solve problems creatively. I have had the pleasure of working with a variety of students, each bringing their unique backgrounds and challenges to the learning process. This has taught me the importance of empathy, patience, and personalized teaching strategies in fostering educational growth and confidence in my students. Outside of academia, my passions include reading, playing soccer, and riding in my 1968 Honda S800 Coupe. These activities not only provide a necessary respite from my academic pursuits but also enrich my teaching by bringing a breadth of experiences and perspectives to the table.
