About Me

As an educator, I love to work with students and make learning fun! I'm a certified teacher with both classroom and online experience and believe that learning should be enjoyed, not just tolerated. I want you to enjoy your sessions as much as I do! In my time with students, we always have the most fun when I can turn a lesson into a game so exciting that you'll be disappointed when the meeting is over. I have taught 6th grade, college courses, and everything in between. I have a soft spot for APUSH, and it's where I shine with my storytelling style of education. I have specialized training to work with students on the Autism spectrum, students who have learning disabilities, and students with ADHD. I have a B.S. in Secondary Education-History and a B.A. in History from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. Go Chargers! I am also both a Google Certified Educator and a Quizizz Certified Game Changer.
