I am a recent graduate of Saint Louis University School of Medicine who matched into Dermatology for my advanced training. I graduated as a member of Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society and received a Distinction in Research award upon completing my training. I scored 253 on the USMLE STEP 1 exam and 258 on the USMLE STEP 2 CK exam. Not only do I have an extensive tutoring and mentoring background, but I have also worked with admissions counselors and tutors throughout my medical school career. With these past experiences, I understand how important it is for a student to have solid academic mentorship and support to succeed in their journey towards becoming a Doctor of Medicine.
I also have three years of experience as a trained writing tutor, working as a Head Writing Fellow at the Barnard College Writing Center. I co-founded the Science Fellows Program to help science majors and pre-med students transfer writing skills from the humanities to the sciences.
I believe I can help you succeed on your board exams and admissions essays. As someone who is working towards a career in academic medicine, I have always been a teacher and mentor. Your success is my success!
