About Me

I am a graduate of Jacksonville University. I received my Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Clinical Nursing Education. I enjoy teaching because it allows me the opportunity to create engaging and meaningful learning experiences that assist student learners with discovering their "aha moments." It is a rewarding experience to help students make connections to deepen their understanding of the learning process and their acquisition of knowledge. My ultimate goal as a tutor is to guide students toward the development of active learning strategies that will prepare them to be intentional learners and problem-solvers.
