My philosophy of teaching is rooted in the belief that every student deserves to be seen, heard, valued, and given the opportunity to succeed. Throughout my 22 years in education, I have had the privilege of working with students with a wide range of abilities, needs, and life experiences. Each role I have held has shaped my understanding that effective teaching is not about finding one approach that works for everyone, it is about knowing your students well enough to meet them where they are.

I am the author of the book, "How To Become Bully Proof", to encourage children to recognize their worth, find their voice, and stand up for themselves.
