My philosophy of teaching includes creating an atmosphere of trust, making data-driven decisions, and utilizing research-based best practices in a learner-centered and holistic environment. Students need instruction. They need to believe that the instruction is relevant. They need to be exposed to new materials, new experiences, and even knowledge-building blocks within a flexible learning space that makes room for their learning style.
